Cancellation
Prior to production or shipping of the product, we allow order cancellations. You will receive a complete refund if the order is canceled. As soon as the product has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order.
Returns
Products may be returned to us. Customers have a 14-day window following the receipt of the product to request a return. Your item must be brand new and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging. We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return. Please don’t return your purchase to the merchant. Refunds
